An awesome first grader worked on this design for a few minutes each art class since the beginning of the year. Now that's determination!

Gladwyne Celebrates Chinese New Year!
3rd graders made a symmetrical dragon face by folding paper and drawing half of the dragon shape. This gave them a perfectly symmetrical shape to start with.
China facts filled the art room during January as students learned about the culture including food, art, language, and much more! Students even commented on how many items they were able to find at home that are made in China.
Happy Year of the Dragon!
3W's class dragons look great next to the cafeteria!
